GrandMfg® Brasss bleed valves are used for releasing the excess pressure that builds up in electric geared motors due to the heat produced, while simultaneously preventing the loss of oil from the gearbox housing.
Special accessories provide additional security during transport and protection under extremely dirty conditions.

Thread Type:  BSP,Metric,NPT and Any Size OEM are welcome.
Metric thread: M8 to M60

NPT thread: NPT1/8” to NPT1”

BSP thread: G1/8” to G2”

Precision control pressure type:

Working Pressure range:  0.01 MPa to 0.03MPa(0.1bar to 0.3bar).

Working Temperature Range:  -30 Celsius Degree to 180 Celsius Degree.

Function: Allow Sealed Pressure Systems to Vent Off Excess Pressure as Heat in System Builds up, Air Pressure is Allowed Back into System as System Cools,Protective cap prevents water or dirt from entering.Keep the system working in a certain low and good pressure improving the transmission efficiency.

Brass/SS304 filter type: 40-60  Micron brass filter or Stainless steel 304 filter.
